Job Summary

We’re looking for a Passionate and Creative Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in menu planning, maintaining quality standards, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring a high level of hygiene and consistency in every dish served.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare a variety of dishes according to the set menu and seasonal ingredients.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain inventory, place supply orders, and minimize food wastage.
  • Ensure all dishes meet presentation and quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
  • Innovate and introduce new recipes or menu items to attract customers.
  • Train kitchen staff on cooking techniques and time management.
  • Collaborate with management to create special menus for events and promotions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality during rush hours.
  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
  • Salary based on experience.
